A second suspect ran from the scene and is still on the loose.
Police shoot man in hand on NW Side
August 3, 2010 (CHICAGO) It happened on Pulaski near Fullerton.
Officers were responding to an armed robbery call at a T-Mobile store when police say one man pointed a gun at officers.
Police then opened fire, hitting the suspect in the hand.
