On Thursday, Twitter introduced what they call a 'tweet button' which websites can place alongside their content. Clicking on the button will automatically create a link tied to a user's Twitter account. Users can also add a comment next to the link.
Right now, only a one fourth of all web pages allow Twitter users to easily share their content.
