Drew Peterson in court for gun charge hearing
Former Bolingbrook police officer Drew Peterson was in a Will County courtroom Monday for a hearing on gun charges.
Peterson is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a rifle shorter than legal length.
Peterson's attorneys are expected to argue for dismissal of the charges on the basis of Peterson's immunity as a police officer at the time of the offense.
