The pair will appear in a Markham court.
The chase began in Calumet City early Friday after police say Hunt pointed a gun at a woman in another car. It ended in a crash near 115th and Halsted. The car was apparently taken in a carjacking the day before.
The crash killed passengers Brittany Johnson and Clarence Rounds and critically injured a 15-year-old girl who was still in the hospital Tuesday.
