The city of Aurora has announced it will not hold its 2010 Holiday Magic Celebration or the Philips Park Fall Festival because of budget constraints. Aurora officials estimate they'll save $30,000 by eliminating the events.
Aurora will still host a tree-lighting ceremony on November 23rd to mark the start of the holidays.
