The Sun-Times reports Blagojevich took a group of 40 people to Bob Chinn's Restaurant Saturday night. His brother, Rod Blagojevich, was reportedly not at the dinner.
The former governor faces a new trial in January on charges he conspired to sell the Senate seat held by President Barack Obama.
