The anonymous tip, sent via the department's txt2tip system, told police an illegal party known as a "rave" was being held Friday in the 1600 block of North Milwaukee Avenue.
Officers found partygoers going into a storefront and alcohol being served to as many as 75 minors.
The person allegedly responsible for the party was arrested. Officers allege he did not have permission to hold the party or be at the venue.
