Saturday marks nine years since the September 11th terror attacks. Chicagoans remembered that day with a low key tribute at City Hall on Friday.

A harpist played soothing songs as visitors passed by a tribute table.

People paused to flip through the book portraits 9-11-OH-1 which contains photos of victims and a story about their lives.

There is no city-sponsored event marking the terrorist attacks for Saturday.
