To celebrate the store's grand opening, Destination XL www.destinationxl.com is holding a model search this Saturday from 12 to 3 pm. If you think your favorite guy should be a model, send him to the store at 1985 East Golf Road in Schaumburg.
Ideal candidates should be at least 5'10" with a waist size from 38-44" and be well groomed. All applicants should come dressed in casual clothing ready to have their picture taken by a professional photographer. Candidates will also meet with the judges for a brief interview in the store.
Winners will sign with the Stewart Talent Modeling Agency and receive a $250 Destination XL™ gift card in addition to potentially appearing in upcoming DXL advertising campaigns.
Although no previous experience is required, if candidates have a professional portfolio, or personal photos, they are encouraged to bring it along to share with the judges.
