Chicago's largest ever Scout Festival and Campout was held this weekend to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America. It was held at Northerly Island all day Saturday.

Scouts raced their homemade race cars in the popular Pinewood Derby Race, rock-climbed, and performed other scouting activities.

The Boy Scouts of America was founded in Chicago in 1910. Since then, more than 100 million people have participated nationally, including more than 2 million people in the Chicago area.
