Facebook's Zuckerberg 'friends' school district with donation

The founder of Facebook is donating $100 million to help a troubled school district.The Newark Public Schools have some of the lowest test scores and worst graduation rates in New Jersey.

The state took over the schools in 1995, but the problems have continued.

Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg is stepping in to help. The donation will be officially announced Friday on the Oprah Winfrey show, which airs on ABC7 at 9 a.m. and 11:05 p.m.
