There is a happy ending to the story about a teenager whose wheelchair was stolen.

Police in Elgin say they've found Natalie Chastain's wheelchair.

She has cerebral palsy and uses a computer to speak.

Her chair was stolen earlier this month from outside her house.

There is no word on the chair's condition.

Last week, a wheelchair manufacturer said it would give the high school senior a portable wheelchair.
