Lone female Peterson attorney quits

September 28, 2010 Odeh filed a motion to withdraw from the case, citing irreconcilable differences with Joel Brodsky. Brodsky claims Peterson fired Odeh but did not explain why.

Peterson has been in jail since May 2009 while he awaits trial in the 2004 murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, who was found drowned in a bathtub.

Peterson is also a suspect in the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson, who vanished in 2007. He has not been charged with any crime related to her disappearance.
