New, affordable senior housing is now available in the Pilsen neighborhood.

A ribbon cutting officially opened Casa Maravilla, which was built by the non-profit Resurrection Project.

The $20 million, 72-unit building has studios, and one and two-bedroom apartments.

The city has a senior satellite center on the first floor, which will provide health education, exercise classes, speakers, and field trips.
