Brett Zagorac, 27, is charged with a felony count of child molesting.
The boy's testimony falls short of prosecutors accusations that Zagorac rubbed the boy's back under his shirt and rubbed under the rear waistband of his pants.
Zagorac was using a fake name when he was hired by the boy's family. He has been accused of molestation before but was not convicted.
