Dr. Darreyl Young-Gibson and her attorney showed off the judge's orders Monday. The judge agreed with Young-Gibson that Chicago Public Schools head Ron Huberman did not follow due process when he removed her from Julian High School last year.
Huberman previously said Julian High School was falling short in meeting the mission of educating students and maintaining a safe learning environment.
Chicago Public Schools officials are not commenting on the ruling, saying they haven't had the opportunity to review the lawsuit yet.
