16 oz. Jiffu cornbread stuffing mix
2 sticks butter
4 cups water
6 stalks celery, thinly sliced
4 cubes chicken boullion
2 eggs
2 boxes seasoned croutons
one-half T fresh sage
Make cornbread mix according to instructions, let cool, then, crumble. Place butter, water, celery, onion, and chicken base in a large pot on the stobe and simmer until vegetabkes are soft (approx. 30 minutes). In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients together (including crumbled corn bread). Add contents of pot and mix thoroughly; salt and pepper to taste. Spread stuffing mixture on turkey, then on duck, lastly on chicken before rolling and tying turduchen.
