Dr. Gary Friederich is the owner of the Park Forest Animal Hospital. He's also accused of issuing rabies certificates to non-vaccinated animals and not keeping inventory of controlled drugs.
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation accuses Dr. Friederich of "professional incompetence" in a 21-count complaint.
