The car crashed into a wall at Kinzie and North Franklin near the Merchandise Mart just before 4 a.m.
Three people were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. It's not clear what caused the driver to lose control.
One person had to be extricated from the wreck.
An investigation is underway.
