1lb 6 oz melted semi sweet Chocolate
1lb Margarine
1lb 3 oz granulated sugar
10 eggs
In a mixing bowl pour sugar and add eggs one at the time and mix well until fluffy
In a double boiler, melt the finely chopped chocolate and stir until melted; add the margarine and melt as well. Mix until blended
Add the melted chocolate-margarine mix to the fluffy egg-sugar batter and mix well.
Pour into a well-greased 11 inch round cake pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 60 minutes with water around the pan ( bain Marie )
Let cool over night in the refrigerator. Unmold the next day , slice and serve it with apricot or raspberry sauce.
