Nominee(s) must live or work in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry or Will counties and the heroic act must have taken place in 2010.
The deadline to submit a nomination is January 20th, 2011. Winners will be notified by Spring 2011. The winners and their nominators will be interviewed for a video to be shown at the 2011 Heroes Breakfast.
