Arlington Heights man accused of sex assault on girl

December 9, 2010 (ARLINGTON HEIGHTS) Carl Salters, 44, was arrested over the weekend after one of his alleged victims told Cook County sheriff's officers that he had tried to choke her and had assaulted her four times after giving her drugs and alcohol.
