Francisco Favela's family is offering a $5,000 reward for his safe return.
Relatives say he and his partner were showing an apartment to potential tenants in the 2200-block of Keeler. Three men then tied up Favela's partner and put him in the home's bathtub, then kidnapped Favela and took his car, a red 1995 four-door Chevrolet Blazer.
The Illinois license plate number is D-I-S-5-7-0.
