Man charged for tossing puppy from car

Twenty-six-year-old Sergiu Muresan is charged with animal cruelty. Police in Elmhurst say he threw the dog from a car in a busy intersection 11 days ago.

The puppy is in good condition and will eventually be put up for adoption.
