Mementos from the Ambassador East Hotel and its famous Pump Room restaurant sold out in less than a week.

The first-come, first-served public liquidation sale began Friday and was expected to last 12 days. But the Chicago Tribune reports it's now officially closed.

Private homeowners purchased the Pump Room bar and the private booth once reserved for Frank Sinatra.

Buyers also snatched up other items including oil paintings and hotel furnishings.

The Ambassador East is being renovated.

There is no word yet on whether the Pump Room may reopen.
