One of the young men convicted in the deadly beating of 16-year-old Fenger High School honor roll student Derrion Albert will be sentenced Tuesday.

Silvonus Shannon, 20, was found guilty in January 2011. His sentencing was scheduled for February but was delayed while the judge considered a defense motion for a new trial.

At Tuesday's sentencing, Shannon faces 20 to 60 years in prison for his role in Albert's death.
