'Zach's Law' to improve children's soccer safety

The death of a 6-year-boy prompts the Illinois House of Representatives to pass ''Zach's Law.''

It now goes on to the State Senate.

It's named after Zach Tran, who died in October 2003 when a soccer goal fell on him in suburban Vernon Hills.

The new law would require organizations to use tip-resistant goals and make sure they are properly anchored.
