A man in a Chicago Bears stocking cap was caught on camera allegedly robbing a bank branch in a Stickney grocery store. The Chicago FBI released a photo from the TCF Bank branch, located inside the Jewel Osco store at 7122 West 40th Street in Stickney. The robbery happened in the late afternoon on Wednesday, April 20, 2011.
