It was an exciting evening for Chicago sports fans outside the United Center. Fans were ecstatic after the Bulls put away the Pacers in Game 5 to advance.

"One of the best games the bulls ever played! MVP, Rose! Noah, Deng, Korver! That's how we got here!" one fan shouted.

"No doubt about it, they took it to them," another fan said.

After the Bulls' win, fans turned their attention to the late game between the Blackhawks and Canucks in Vancouver. Fans were hoping the defending Stanley Cup champs would pull out a victory in overtime, but the season came to an end just after midnight.

"Once they broke their team up, they were dead after that. Thirteen guys, 13 new players, wrong chemistry. If they would have won, everybody in Chicago would have been real happy. That would have been awesome, coming back from three games down and win in the fourth game, hey, what can you say? Maybe they could have won in the next round but I'm sad to say they didn't win. Hopefully next year they can do it," said one fan.

On Monday, the Bulls will come back home and play at the United Center. They will face off with the either the Atlanta Hawks or the Orlando Magic.
