Mark Weinberger, who practiced in northwest Indiana, was indicted in 2006 on 22 counts of federal health care fraud for billing insurance companies for procedures that were not performed.
Weinberger pleaded guilty in 2010 as part of a plea agreement that calls for a four-year prison sentence, should the judge accept the plea.
