A family member is in custody and potentially facing charges.
The body of a 12-year-old boy was found buried and encased in concrete Wednesday night.
Investigators were looking for the body at the mobile home park on West 36th Street when they found it two feet beneath a storage shed.
Neighbors and investigators say the boy had been missing for two years, but family members didn't file a missing person's report. Police started the search after getting a tip from an out-of-state caller.
Neighbors say they know who the boy is, but investigators have not released an identification. An autopsy and DNA testing have been scheduled.
