According to police, Roman was last seen at 7:45 p.m. Friday in the area of Division and Harding in Chicago.
Authorities say the boy is bipolar and also suffers from ADHD. He reportedly takes medication for both illnesses.
Police say Roman was wearing a navy blue t-shirt, blue jeans and black gym shoes.
He is described as 5 ft. 2 inches tall, weighing 180 lbs. with brown eyes, baclk hair and a medium complexion.
