- Ingredients:
- 1/2 sheet nori
- 3 1/2 oz sushi rice
- 0.7 oz masago
- 1/2 oz cucumber
- 0.1 oz frisee lettuce
- 1 jumbo tempura soft shell crab
- Sauteed Soft Shell Crab:
- 2 cleaned soft shell crabs
- 1/2 oz Wondra flour
- 1 fl oz oil
- 1/4 cup Shaw's signature rice
- 1 fl oz Lemon Butter
Dust the soft shells with wondra flour and saute in hot oiled sauté pan for approximately 2 minutes on each side. The soft shells should turn golden brown. Serve with Shaw's rice and drizzle the crab with lemon butter.
