Police: Teen who impersonated cop arrested with gun

May 22, 2011 (CHICAGO)

Vincent Richardson, now 17, was arrested on May 10th after police say they found a loaded gun and ammunition on him near 59th and Throop.

He was charged as an adult and is being held at the Cook County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

In 2009, Richardson walked into the 3rd District Police office and was assigned a radio and went on a patrol with an officer for more than five hours.

While free on bail during that case, he got arrested again for taking a Lexus from a South Side car dealership and driving it for hours before crashing.
