6 oz Spring Onions
2 oz Olive Oil
3 oz Sherry Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the grill
- Cut onions into 1/2-inch rings, then marinade with olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes
- When the grill is hot, grill onions until evenly charred (about 3-4 minutes)
- Season to taste
