Using Your Grilled Leftovers

Jessica Howe, chef with Panera Bread was in our ABC7 studio to show us what dishes we can prepare with grilled leftovers.

Steak and Blue Cheese Salad:
- Leftover Steak, sliced into thin horizontal pieces (served chilled or warm)
- Romaine Lettuce
- Crispy Onions
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Gorgonzola Cheese
- Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Dressing
- Drizzle of Cabernet Sauce

Chicken Caesar Sandwich
- Three Cheese Bread
- Cesar Dressing
- Lettuce/ Tomato/ Onions
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Slices of Chicken (cold)

Steak and Egg Breakfast Sandwich
- Poppy Seed and Onion Bagel
- Vermont White Cheddar Cheese
- Egg Made to Order
- Salt andPepper
- Leftover Steak Slices
- Toast Sandwich in the Oven to Melt the Cheese (Preferably Open Faced)

Steak and Blue Cheese Salad
- Tender seared top sirloin
- Served on romaine lettuce with crispy onions, tomatoes and gorgonzola
- Tossed with a blue cheese vinaigrette
- Drizzled with cabernet sauce
