Cezar Henry Waskowski, 31, allegedly killed his mother, 67-year-old Henryka Waskowski, outside a bar she owned on West Irving Park. He is charged with first-degree murder in her death.
Waskowski is a suspect in the death of his 73-year-old father, Cezar Waskowski, who was found stabbed to death in his home Monday. Waskowski has yet to be charged in his father's death.
Waskowski will be in court again on June 26.
