David Soto is charged with driving under the influence. Police say he was driving a bus last month that struck and killed 26-year-old Justyna Palka on Columbus Drive.
Soto allegedly had cocaine in his system at the time of the crash. After his arrest, police found that he was wanted for sex abuse charges.
