Police and fire crews were on the scene near 22nd Street around 6:30 a.m., and liquids had spilled in the roadway.
The accident also involved a bicycle.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
Three ambulances were called, but there was no word of the severity of the injuries. A bicyclist was sitting up on the shoulder with what looked to be a leg injury.
