That's because reports say several people have been burned when adding fuel to a pot to light or relight it. In some cases, the pots even exploded and formed a fireball. Some people suffered life-threatening injuries.
Madigan says one manufacturer has pulled its product from store shelves while the federal Consumer Product Safety Commission investigates.
