It happened about 11:40 Saturday night in the 4900-block of South Kildare in Chicago. Police say the suspect ran from the scene.
Community activist Andrew Holmes passed out flyers with a group of parents in the Archer Heights neighborhood.
Holmes says residents are outraged and they want to do whatever they can to find the person responsible.
Police remind parents to tell their children to report any suspicious activity to an adult.
