Police say there was an incident around midday on Friday near 30th and Parnell. They have issued a sketch of the suspect. He is believed to be a white male in his early 20s with short blonde hair.
The suspect was seen driving a gray four-door vehicle with tinted windows.
Police say, on another occasion, the man was seen in a black four-door vehicle also with tinted windows.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
