Grilled Shrimp

A recipe from Peapod's Tony Stallone.


1-2 lbs. Shrimp, Cleaned, Peeled and Deveined

1 Tbsps. Olive Oil

1 tsp. Salt, Kosher

1/2 tsp. Pepper

In a bowl mix shrimp, oil, salt and pepper coating shrimp. Transfer to a hot grill. Cook 3 to 4 minutes and turn them once. Do not overcook; shrimp cook quickly, and once they turn bright pink, they are done.
