The accident happened shortly before 3 a.m. on Rohlwing Road just north of Irving Park Road.
Two people were inside of the pickup truck that was hit, and both had to be extricated from the vehicle.
They were taken to area hospitals. Their conditions were not known later Sunday.
The crash is under investigation.
