Police in northwest Indiana are investigating a bank robbery at the Fifth Third Bank at the corner of Calumet and Broadmoor in Munster.

The man waited at the counter and eventually approached the loan teller. He pulled out a black handgun and demanded all the money. He was given dye packs which apparently did go off.

He fled in a black or dark color, Honda or Hyundai, four-door. Witnesses saw what may have been a license plate with a partial tag of A194611.

No one was injured.
