Hackers expose bug in Apple software

For the second time this week, a warning was issued about the security of software running some of Apple's most popular devices.

Just hours after Germany's IT security agency warned of a security hole in the iOs software, hackers have exposed a bug in the software that runs iPhones, iPads and the iPod touch.

People can modify the operating system using a process called "jail break." It allows them to run applications that are not approved by Apple. Security experts say hackers can then place malicious software on the devices.

Apple says it's working on an update to fix the flaw.
