Wild Mushroom Ravioli

Fresh Pasta Sheets (buy them at specialty stores)
Shiitake & Crimini Mushrooms
Fresh Herbs (your favorites, such as thyme, sage, parsley)
Butter Sage Sauce: Melt butter; add 1 sage leaf for flavor; salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff pasta sheets with shiitake and crimini mushrooms, ricotta and fresh herbs. Top with butter sage sauce. Boil ravioli 2 minutes; remove from water, drain. Add sauce and serve.
