Friday last day to buy city stickers without fine

July 15, 2011 (CHICAGO)

Last's stickers expired at the end of June but there is a two-week grace period for vehicle owners to get a new one. Passenger vehicle stickers cost $75. Larger passenger vehicles are $120.

You can buy city stickers at the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, some grocery stores and currency exchanges.

If you buy a sticker after Friday, you'll face a $40 late fee, and if your car is spotted without a current sticker, you could receive a $120 fine.
