Milton Wardlaw is charged in the shooting death of 17-year-old Kiyanna Salter. Salter was shot while sitting on a 71st - South Shore bus back in October 2009.
Wardlaw is accused of firing shots at the bus following an argument with another passenger. He turned himself in after his mother recognized his image on surveillance video and pleaded for him to come forward.
