Jassen Strokosch, 39, was last seen at about 10 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Cermak Road and Des Plaines Avenue in Forest Park.
He is described as 6'1", 145 pounds with long brown hair and hazel eyes.
He was last seen wearing a plaid button-up shirt, T-shirt and either blue jeans or khaki pants. He is believed to be on foot.
